Oakdale Academy

On this page, you will find links to download the Oakdale Academy Application and the Parent/Student Handbook.  As part of the Oakdale Academy Application, all families must sign the Oakdale Academy Mission Statement and Statement of Faith.

Along with your completed application, please include a copy of your child's birth certificate and immunization record. 

Kindergarteners should be 5 years old by August 1st. 

Young 5s should turn 5 years old between August 1st and February 1st. 

Families may schedule an appointment at any time for a tour and to visit with the Headmistress.  Tuition will be pro-rated for students entering Oakdale Academy during the school year.

2013-14 Enrollment Open House will be on February 10, 2013, 2 to 5 p.m.
